For U.S. orders, you must have both a shipping address and credit card billing address within the United States in order to make a purchase. The issuing bank must also be based in the United States.

| For All international orders are shipped via UPS.(United Postal Service international shipping ) International shipping charges do not include taxes or duties. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. |
| After an order is placed with Completeshop.us, you will receive a confirmation email saying your order has been accepted. Most items are shipped within 2-3 business day(Domestic shipment) 5-7 business day (international shipment) during weekdays. When an item ships, a shipment confirmation email is sent that includes a tracking number. You may use this tracking number to view the progress of your shipment. |

| We are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses, as well as P.O. Boxes. We do not offer Saturday delivery. |

| We can only accept returns in the rare event that the shipment was delivered damaged. The contents of the shipment must be returned unopened and unworn. We take pride and special care in every shipment that leaves our shop, and package each item with the utmost attention. |

How do I go about returning the damaged goods? |

In the rare instance that goods were delivered damaged, beyond our control ofcourse, please make sure to report the situation via e-mail within 5 business days of delivery confirmation for Domestic US Orders, and 5 business days for International Orders. Once the situation has been reported, the customer has:
- 14 days for Domestic US Order returns
- 21 days for International Order returns

The shipping cost of the returned item is the responsibility of the customer. We can not be held responsible for unforeseeable damages during shipping. We package our fragile artifacts with the utmost care and attention and we utilize delivery confirmation for every order. We expect the same courtesy in return from our customers when returning items that were damaged in transit. Upon receipt of damaged goods, we will send out a replacement within 14 business days, at the cost of completeshop.us.

Please contact us within 2 business days via email: sales@completetechnique.com. You can exchange an item for equal or lesser value but unfortunately we can not return the difference. If you decide you want a different finish or model that is more expensive, you will be required to pay the difference. In both cases you are responsible for all of the additional shipping charges for the exchange. |
